Payroll Exception Report : SQL Query for HCM Fusion

I have a business requirement to build a report : Payroll Exception Report

Input Parameter will be MON-YYYY (ex. July-2020), output should show before-after difference/change in Salary, Grade, Designation, Bank Account when compared with last month payroll run (ex. Jun-2020)

Output For ex: Before Salary= 10000 | Current Salary=12000 || Before Bank Account = 4576282782 | Current Bank Account= 00875684698 || Before Designation = Manager | Current Designation = Manager ||

Is there is Standard Report for this requirement ?

If no, can someone assist me with the SQL Query for getting above ?

P.S. I am in 20B version of Fusion Application
