Fat Client full package installation

Hello Folks,

We are on JDE 9.0 with TR 9.1.5.5, I am installing new Fat client on windows 8 64bit but while installing JDE client I am getting a message. 'determining if database is running. This may take a while. Do you want to continue to wait?' I checked the installation logs where I found that it is trying to connect to localdatabase (E1local) with System id but it is unable to login giving error as 'ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied'  and then 'SP2-0751: Unable to connect to Oracle.  Exiting SQL*Plus' also in environment variables I  can see INFO for Path variable
