IP2017 - SBL-EAI-04116: HTTP Internet Exception during 'Data Send': 'It was not possible to connect

Hi,

We have an issue sending Soap outbound requests from Siebel to an external system in our PRD environment.

The error is:

SBL-EAI-04116: HTTP Internet Exception during 'Data Send': 'It was not possible to connect to the revocation server or a definitive response could not be obtained.

', code: '12057'

We are only getting this error in production where we have a runtime repository (siebel version is 17.6), on other environments that we have, Development, Test and Pre-production we do not have this error, everything goes well. Also this no PRD environments have a Design repository.

Does anyone have this error? or can help us out understanding what is going on?
