How to autmatically add NS freight lines in sale order

I have a scenario where my client wants to add freight line for each of the sale order lines. Each order line has to have its individual NS freight line.

I have seen an option to create NS line during shipment confirmation where the window to enter the NS line pop's up, but is there a way to create the NS lines automatically.
