Upgrading Elasticsearch from 6.1.2 to 7.0.0

We are upgrading our PeopleTools from 8.56.23 to Tools 8.58.05.  With this, we need to move from Elasticsearch 6.1.2 to version 7.0.0.  From Oracle's statement, it sounded like it should be a fairly painless process...Our ES 6.1.2 works fine before the Tools/ES upgrade.

"In PeopleTools 8.58, Search Framework enables you to upgrade from Elasticsearch 6.1.2 to Elasticsearch 7.0 without requiring you to perform a full index build. Use the ELK DPK to upgrade from Elasticsearch 6.1.2 to Elasticsearch 7.0."

So I ran the upgrade steps for Elasticsearch and it looked to be painless, except that it did not move the configuration files over for ES from version 6.1.2.  So I modified the new ES configuration files to have what it needs.
