How to make the income tax with equal deduction from JUL-2020 to SEP-2020 for employee who is goin

income tax should be deducted equally  from JUL-2020 to SEP-2020 for employee who is  going to retire in SEP-2020.

I have tried entering Projection date in End employment form.JULY and AUGUST income tax deductions were equal but SEPTEMBER income tax is different.Because in SEPTEMBER i have to run his salary after entering his end employment details.
