Passwordless access to ADW using SqlPlus is not working and errors with ORA-01017

Hi,

We recently got provisioned to ADW and were able to connect to it using the SQL developer and also using the light weight sqlcl(sql).

With SQL it works great without prompting for password (username and password has been added to the cloud wallet for the connection string rpasadwtest1_low)

With SqlPlus it fails. Both are pointing to the same TNS_ADMIN which has all the wallet related files downloaded from the ADW
