Hi

I need your help with an error that is appearing in Siebel which is the following:

ObjMgrDBConnLog Create 5 000045ca5f1a6883:0 2020-07-27 18:12:21 DataBase Connection Object was created at c6d4ff40; DB User: 'EAIUSER'

ObjMgrLog Error 1 000045ca5f1a6883:0 2020-07-27 18:12:21 (oracon.cpp (3919)) SBL-DBC-00107: An Oracle database error has occurred.

Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.

SecAdptLog API Trace 4 000045ca5f1a6883:0 2020-07-27 18:12:21 Security DB user connect to DB SIEBELDB with username=EAIUSER returns err 7733355 and connection c6d4ff40.
