Need to upgrade a 11.2.0.4 database 19c.

Need to upgrade a 11.2.0.4 database 19c. This database supports an EBS 12.1.3 solution. This database also utilizes ASM via GRID Infrastructure for Standalone Database 12.1.0.2. Looking for documentations and any other recommendations.
