Create/Receive purchase orders with out accounting entries

Hi Gurus -  Need expertise with the following requirement:

We have acquired a new business , the requirement is to keep the sourcing, procurement and accounting in the legacy but maintain/track inventory in oracle ebs.

Is there a way we can create/import purchase orders and receive PO's but with out creating any accounting entries?

my requirement is : I should be be able to create a Purchase order and receive against it but it should not create any accounting entries in oracle.

I am only using PO'/receipts for tracking.  Any ideas?
