bi publisher not working in office 365

Hi

I have tried all of the suggested fixes to get the add-in to display in the Word ribbon, however nothing has helped.  When I try to run the setup.exe in the DotNetInstallFiles, it says it's already setup.  I've also tried multiple times to enable/disable the add-in via the Options > Manage Add-ins in Word.  I have also downloaded multiple versions of BI Publisher (after uninstalling previous versions).  Are there any other tips for getting BIP to work in Office 365?

One thing to note.... every time I install a version, the Help document will display, and I can see the add-in in the ribbon. However if I close the doc, the add-in does not display again when I open a new document.
