Inter LE transfer via Inter-Organization Transfer

Hi Team,

I need your feedback.

We have once Operating Unit and Multiple Legal Entity scenario.

Operating Unit: EU Operating Unit

Legal Entity: Swiss LE, Germany LE, Netherlands LE

We have Inventory org created associated with above LE's.

We want to transfer material from Netherlands LE org to Germany LE org.

Is it advisable to use 'Inter-Organization Transfer' instead of IR-ISO ? If yes then could you please suggest if there would be any difference in accounting entries ?
