Newly installed Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c Release 4 is not functioning

I was successfully use command "emctl start oms" on my first try, however I cannot access the web interface through browser,

So I decide to stop it and start again to see if it works. Unfortunately, I no longer able to start the Oracle Management Server.

Attached is the log file. I think it suggest the weblogic account is not able to authenticate, however, I did not change the password.

Please help! Thank you in advance.
