"Address number invalid" error - Blanket order - while opened in detail grid

Please suggested me where I need to check the issue exactly , I am giving error details below.

Blanket order after opened in detail grid which was already created ,extracted some lines from the blanket in the fast and some are open to extract.

Sales Order Header (S42107A)
	Address Number - Invalid
	Control Id 400     Control Title Recalculate Invoice Amount     Event Button clicked     Line No 3 BSFN Details:     Source File b0100063.c     Source Line 257     Error ID 0037

After technical person research they given below to check but I am failing to check from where this error is coming -

Error 0037 (address number invalid) is originating from b0100063, and this BF not even being called for successful order
