How to prevent user from running a report for another employee

Hi All

I have a rather simple piece of code that has two parameters. The code delivers a letter with data specific to the parameters completed. The first one is employee number and the second one is Financial Year (Defined as a DFF on the element entries form). This rather simple code has been put into a rdf and I generated the xml in order to build the rtf. I have registered the template and data definition and I have also registered the executable and concurrent program. I have created a function in order for this report to be run directly from
