Credit card Payments in OM

We are trying to perform credit card payments in OM .Once the order is booked , Approval code is not generated as well we are not able to do prepayment as well. What could be reason for not getting approval code.?

Can anyone guide regarding list of Setups to be done in OM and AR for credit card payments.

Any pointers on this would be highly appreciated.
