OEM Job - SKIPPED

I have a critical job in the OEM job queue that periodically goes into the "SKIPPED" state.

My monitoring correctly pages me if it goes into the "FAILED" state, but since "SKIPPED" is related to a INFORMATIONAL and not an ERROR state, I am not notified of the issue.

I've read all of the Oracle documentation, and many many blogs on setting up alerts on OEM Jobs, but I cannot figure out how to ensure that a "SKIPPED" job state is treated as CRITICAL.

Is there something that I can do that would cause SKIPPED to be treated as FAILED?
