How to add one time adjustment to deduction

We need to add amounts for a deduction owing in addition to the regular pay period deduction.  If we use OTO we'll need to run the pay first, see what the regular per pay amount calculated will be, add on the adjustment amounts, and then process OTOs for all employees.  Is there a way to just add to the regular per pay deduction instead of a full override?  Thank you.
