'Enter Time' Fluid Page for Elapsed Time - Partial Week Headings skewed

The Fluid 'Enter Time' page for Elapsed Time, for a partial week, does not display the headings correctly. There was a change delivered to the page in either PUM 34 or 35 that caused this.

We are in the middle of applying the Oracle Critical Patch Update (OCPU) for July 2020.  Production is PUM33.  But the OCPU pulls in a security bug fix that pulls in 43 total bug fixes from PUMs 34 and 35.

We've opened an S.R. with Oracle, 3-23666314861. They have replicated the issue in Demo. Oracle has opened development bug 31686734.   Our demo env does not have the OCPU yet, but Demo User RMOKROS has the right setup to display the issue.
