Is it possible to disable the Session Timeout feature in WebCenter Portal

Is it possible to disable the Session Timeout feature in WebCener Portal? We use a custom Session Timeout page with all of our applications that are accessed via the portal and the Popup and/or Timeout page conflicts with the custom page.
