Peoplesoft T&L Overtime rule help when employee has different work groups

Hello all,

Our customer reported that when employee has multiple jobs and each job  in different Work groups, overtime not generated when he works more than 40 hours.

Please provide some details to achieve this?. Do I need to write new rule by cloning the existing delivered rule or modify the existing one?. Please help.

I really need help on this.
