Issue with Outbound REST based web service

Hi all,

Our Siebel applicationis on IP19.11. I imported a json swagger and trying to call an outbound REST based web service using the proxy business service. Observation is, when the response of the service is an IO structure

a.  if the response IO has a single IC - Siebel able to parse the IO and return as property set

b. if the response IO has a multiple ICs (with parent/child structure) - Siebel is unable to parse the JSON response and return a blank property set

Found below Doc Id , in which it says, this is a product bug with no work around.
