Determing Number of Processors/CPU required for particular database load.

Hi,

Is there a formula to calculate how many Processors will be required for particular type of database load for either physical or VM/logical/Zone.

Database version might not matter but I am predominantly looking for Oracle database 12.2.0.1 and 19C.
