eSupplier Security

My organization is in the process of implementing the eSupplier module for PeopleSoft 9.2. One of the open questions we have is surrounding the security for the supplier user ids. Does the eSupplier module utilize the Enterprise security? Or is there a separate security configuration we need to consider? I have not seen anything in the documentation that would suggest so but we have some Audit questions we need to answer so we want to ensure we are not missing anything.
