Upgrade from 13.3 to 13.4 RU4 lessons learned

There were two issues encountered, which I believe should be documented somewhere, perhaps in 2625646.1 or 2670039.1.

1.  The 13.3 to 13.4 upgrade using "Software Only with Plugins" option while 13.3 OMS is still running, OUI step 6 instructs to stop JVMD Engines with "emctl extended oms jvmd stop -all". This command returns an error "No verb found to be registered with emctl extensibles framework.

Oracle support's response:

Reason for getting "No verb found to be registered with emctl extensible framework" when we execute "emctl extended oms jvmd stop -all"

- This is not blocker but the command in message is not correct

- This is applicable only when JVMD is separately configured in base
