PS_EMPLOYEES NAME field format change

Hello,

We're undergoing a conversion from PT 8.54 to 8.55, and PUM 12 to 32. The PS_EMPLOYEES table NAME field format has changed from Last,First M to First Last (but no middle initial). This is a huge problem for us - we use that table.field all the time.

Does anybody know where I can find documentation on why this was done? Or how we can change it back to Last,First M ?
