How often the data of control tables and system tables needs to refreshed when compared to business

Hi Team,

How often the data of control tables and system tables need to be refreshed when compared to business table data from a production instance? Is the frequency of data change in system & control tables is of the same as of Business table data? When should we consider refreshing the system & control tables - Has this to be done in synchronous with your Business data refresh?
