Why Period Health check for Process manufacturing is showing Residual QTY as problem?

Hi. I am reviewing OPM Financial dashboards, Period health check (Process) and it shows we have so many transactions unaccounted. As I reviewed seems all of them are Residual QTY Receipt / Issue.

as far as I know this transaction type is not getting accounted in our books ( primary quantity is zero ) so why dashboard shows them as problem?
