How to update the 13.4 New Install OMS Response file

OMR created manually on 12.2.0.1 RDBMS with 12.2.0.1 Grid Infrastructure

do I comment out the tablespace locations or how do I enter this information?

Below are the entries from the response file:

MANAGEMENT_TABLESPACE_LOCATION=

CONFIGURATION_DATA_TABLESPACE_LOCATION=

JVM_DIAGNOSTICS_TABLESPACE_LOCATION=

Additionally, I am creating a new OMS/OMR, but I want to leave the existing one running until I complete setup of the new.  If I use the same ports, but the new OMS/OMR server is completely separate from the old EM servers, I should have no conflicts with ports; correct?
