PUM 35 doesn't have the personal details navigation collection but our database that it was applied

The PUM 35 database Personal Details tile shows a series of tiles on the homepage. From there when you click on any tile (address, name etc) it takes you to the page with no left hand navigation.  However, when we applied PUM 35 to our database we are getting the left hand navigation. How can we get ours to look like it does in the PUM?
