Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Two items I would classify as a bug:

F0411 entries created by R75I515 should bypass Payee Control function – or we should at least have the option to do so.
The first line that gets created (WHLD) gets AC07 updated from the Address book, the second line has a blank value in this field.

Three items I would classify as enhancement:

If you enter a voucher and pay it prior to running R75I515 withholding tax will not be calculated at all. Especially pre-payments are normally entered and paid very shortly after. If we run R75I515 nightly we run a risk.
