Cost Center Amount-Based AME Approval

Good Day All,

I have a question with respect to requisition approval via AME.

Our company has recently added a new level of approval requirements as we have moved across to cost_center based budgeting.

The new level requires any cost center incurring costs above ZAR 1Mil to go to a director for approval and below ZAR 1Mil just requires HOD approval.

The problem comes in that requisition may have multiple lines with cost centers, see example below.

Line1 Cost Center (ABC) Line Value ZAR500 000.00

Line2 Cost Center (DEF) Line Value ZAR250 000.00

Line3 Cost Center (ABC) Line Value ZAR700 000.00

On its own, none of the lines are above ZAR 1Mil but together LIne1 + Line3 are above ZAR1MIL and would require the additional Director approval.
