Using AutoUpgrade in Deploy mode

I am trying to use AutoUpgrade to upgrade my 11.2.0.4 to 19c on a new server.

I have already run AutoUpgrade in Analyze and Fixup mode. Now I need to run AutoUpgrade in Deploy mode on the target server.

According to the latest Oracle doco, the Deploy mode of AutoUpgrade "runs the upgrade and postupgrade operations on the database. Use this option when you have moved your Oracle Database to a different system from the original source system, so that you cannot use the AutoUpgrade Deploy mode."

My question is, what do I need do I actually need to do to move my database from the old server onto the new server?
