Can't open CHA related metrics

Hi, I have installed Enterprise Manager 13.4c . I configure Cluster Health Advisor for monitoring my clusters.

I'am receiveng a lot of CHA warnings but I can't see the related metrics to investigate the problem. When I click in the metric details( Alert_level or state_change, it not show any metric at all. When I click in the CHA Metrics Page i receive and error from EM13c:
