What is the recommended EBTax structure and best practice for a company selling in US and Canada?
We are a US company that will be selling in US and Canada via eCommerce. We understand that we will need to setup separate regimes for US and Canada. Beyond this what are the other recommendations/best practices for EBTax setup? 1 OU with 2 regimes vs 2 OUs vs 2 LEs? Please share any recommendations, case studies and gotchas from tax setup, tax calculation and reporting perspectives.
