Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. COA has 13 segments and 2 segment values are getting changed..Seg8 and seg9 values are getting changed.

So how to move balances from old values account combinations to new values account combinations?

.how to transfer these balances for closed periods and opened periods?
