error in pump and replicate

i am trying to extract ogg12.3 to replicat 12.2 , the source db is oracle 12.1 and target is mssql 2012. the pump is aborad with below error and replicate abort with below error .

i used format release in extract and pump parameter but no succeeded also

PUMP error

OGG-01232 Receive TCP params error: TCP/IP error 104 (Connection reset by peer), endpoint: 10.68. 141.62:7819.

Replicat error

2020-08-03 07:32:33 ERROR OGG-01332 File G:\ISO_DUMP\ogg\12.2\dirdat\hs00000 0000, with compatibility level 6, is not compatible with the current software ve rsion's compatibility level of 5. Modify the file writer's parameter file to gen erate the appropriate format using the FORMAT LEVEL 5 option.
