Authorization Failure: Invalid requesting host detected (405) after implementing Orchestrator Studio

I have a dev E1 version 9.2.2.8 HTML server and AIS server on same WebLogic 12c host version 12.2.1.2.0. The HTML server name is DV920 on port 8083. The AIS server name is AIS on port 8305. I implemented E1 Orchestrator Studio version 6.1.4.0 on different WebLogic 12c host. When I login to the Orchestrator Studio login page with user JDE/JDE the following error is returned: "Error: Login Failed Authentication Error: Authentication Failed." The AIS logs show a 405 error and "Invalid requesting host detected."

What configuration am I missing? The full log is below.
