Rapidwizard keeps on failing during adrunfmw.cmd -Cannot execute install of Applications Technology

Hello everyone!

Good day.

I am working on an installation of EBS R122 on a Windows Server 2012 R2 machine and I am always stuck at 29% in the installation.

Been researching and retrying for almost a week but I cannot solve the problem.

I have performed all  prerequisite steps as described in Oracle E-Business Suite Installation and Upgrade Notes Release 12 (12.2) for Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) (Doc ID 1330706.1) and always followed the document when cleaning up my failed install

How to Remove an Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 Windows Environment (Doc ID 1683326.1)

I am using the latest CD Version in the installation (51) and have also executed md5sum check and everything seems to be okay.
