browser emulation on 8.58 login screen

Hi All,

There is no Form factor drop down on 8.58 tools sign on screen. can anyone please advice how we can test browser emulation on small form factor devices without this option. If we launch URL through Chrome we can do emulating small form factor but  on 8.55 we have the option on sign on screen itself.
