UK Penserver Payment History:Assumed Pay or Actual Pay in field 24?

Hi all,

I need penserver customers help

We have a situation when employee is going from full pay to half pay. According to MyCSP in this case field 24 must report Assumed Pay.

But in Oracle application we report Actual Pay in this 24 field(PQP GB PenServer EARNINGS Contributions - Earnings History), which is actually YTD of Superannuable balance.

This field always reported Actual Pay, so can you please let me know how do you handle this issue? Is this issue not noticed until now or is fixed manually?

MyCSP developers guide:

For an active member of nuvos or alpha in one of the above circumstances you must supply earning in the pay history file based on the assumed pay not actual pay. Failure to provide the assumed pay earnings may impact on the benefits the member receives.
