R3483 Raw Materials Requirements Not Using Shrink from Parent Item

Hi, all,

We had an issue several years ago with MRP (R3483)  calculations not including the shrink factor from the parent item for the raw materials requirements.   Oracle confirmed this was a bug (JM17197) and the subsequent patch worked successfully until recently.  We recently went through a code update and we are again getting complaints of material shortages due to calculations no longer including the shrink factor.     Example:

Product X sales order 475 units

Product X-P  (process part) parent  475 units +3% shrink = 489.25 units

Raw materials 1 requirments  reported = 2449.37 LB

Raw materials 1  calculated  = 2523 LB

Variance = 3%

Has anyone else run into this?   Our development team says the original patch was included in the recent upgrade but I'm not sure what else would cause this issue to re-appear.
