OEM Trusted Partitions - disconnected mode - generate report

Hello,

Environment OEM 13c Release 4 Update 2.

I am attempting to generate a trusted partitions resource utilization report (harvester disconnected mode) per Doc ID 1471719.1. The instructions to generate the report in this document are to go to the Oracle Engineered Systems page select Resource Utilization then Consumption Tracking.

My question is this: Where is the Engineered Systems page within OEM? I've looked in all of the menus and cannot find it.

Has this document been superceded with a different method for generating the report?
