How to remove override term from all customers' accounts and customers' sites for a specific org.

Please help us on the below issue.

We want to have a SQL to get all customers with the below info.

Customer Number           Customer Name            Override Term On Customer account level       Override Term On Customer site level

Then inform us how to remove override term from all customers' accounts and customers' sites for a specific org.
