Comments on form cells

Hi guys,

Just want to ask if anyone knows if the security group configuration in Hyperion Planning also applies on comments.

Let me give you an example:

I have user A, and is assigned to a security group that is able to load or edit data only under Cost Center CCO01. If the user tries to edit any form under other CCO the cells are locked. That is what we want.

But when it comes to comments, the same user is able to add them on forms cells under any Cost Center.

I cannot find any document that explains how security works regarding Comments on Forms.
