QP_PREQ_PUB.PRICE_REQUEST not giving expected prices

in Advanced Pricing - EBS (MOSC) Question

I am using QP_PREQ_PUB.PRICE_REQUEST api to get original and discount prices along with discount applied. But api is not giving desired results. Adjusted amount (discount) is same as list price. Any valuable input will be highly appreciated.
