How to flag many Transactions with a special flag.

Hi,

We have business problems on many transactions with 5 customers.

So we need to flag these transactions for these 5 customers ( you can say to add info to these transactions ).

we tried to change its due date to be an old date but we faced an error said the due date "The due date can not be before the transaction date".

Is there any way to flag these transactions.
