orachk daily run not executed : how to configure it ?

One one system, I don't have the daily run of orachk. I managed to have it once, then not anymore.

 

I tried all combination of

 

tfactl startahf -compliance and orachk -autostart

 

 

In the file tfa_main.trc I see this
