configure OMR tlsv1.2

I just installed 13.4 and now must configure the Enterprise Manager Repository for TLSv1.2 Per MOS 1448841.1 Are there any rules for choosing a port?  I am using Oracle Restart with ASM on a LINUX RHEL 7.8.  The Grid Infrastructure and RDBMS are 12.2.0.1.
