Discrete job operation attachments missing when released through ASCP

We have few cases where Discrete job operation attachments are missing when released through ASCP, when creating the Work order directly in OLTP for the same assembly the Attachments are visible.(Routing attachments). This is happening for few assemblies strangely, does anyone have any idea about this issue ?
